Key Responsibilities- Develop knowledge of products, customers & the marketplace
- Review contractors supply chain
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare customer quotes and deal with queries
- Attend exhibitions and events to gain industry knowledge and promote company products
- Manage and improve lead generation
- Ensure quotations and within company capability – work closely with technical, financial and production
- Review company product offering and suggest developments/improvements
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent customer service
- Previous sale/account management experience
- Construction/manufacturing background would be advantageous
