We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic IT team as an IT Service Desk Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain valuable skills and experience in a collaborative and innovative environment.

About the Role:

As an IT Service Desk Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues, provide guidance and training, and contribute to the development of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our IT systems and services
  • Contribute to the development of our IT services and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and services
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and develop your skills
