Associate Sustainability Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Ramboll. As a key member of our UK Healthcare Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sustainability and NZC aspects of healthcare projects, ensuring that our clients receive expert advice and guidance.
- Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team, promoting our services and expertise to clients and stakeholders.
- Undertake and oversee sustainability concepts and design philosophies, working closely with our design teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Inspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians on your projects, promoting a culture of sustainability and excellence.
- Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
- Support key accounts and develop new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Support UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies, contributing to the development of our business and services.
- Produce high-quality fee proposals, working closely with our commercial teams to deliver successful bids.
- Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero carbon, innovative and quality advisory and design services.
- Manage your own projects and act as sustainability project manager to allocate resources and coordinate tasks.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled sustainability professional who can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. You will have a strong background in sustainable design, including building physics and environmental assessment, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
You will be a strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in plain language, and a team player who can work collaboratively with our design teams and clients.
