Are you passionate about creating a more sustainable future? Do you have a background in healthcare and a desire to join a global team? We're seeking an Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our UK Healthcare Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sustainability and NZC aspects of healthcare projects
  • Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team
  • Develop and implement sustainable design concepts and philosophies
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver innovative solutions
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to represent Ramboll at project meetings
  • Support business development strategies and key account management
  • Produce high-quality fee proposals and implement best practice procedures
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in UK Healthcare sector projects, including hospital building
  • Background in sustainable design, building physics, and environmental assessment
  • Proven experience as a sustainability consultant
  • Excellent sustainability knowledge and skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of project commercial and technical risks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language
