Are you passionate about creating a more sustainable future? Do you have a strong background in healthcare and sustainability? We're seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team at Ramboll Group A/S.

About the Role

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our UK Healthcare Team in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. Your expertise will help us drive positive change and reduce the environmental impact of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sustainability and NZC aspects of healthcare projects
  • Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team
  • Develop and implement sustainable design concepts and philosophies
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to inspire and enthuse project teams
  • Liaise with clients and collaborators to represent Ramboll at project meetings
  • Support key accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Contribute to UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies
  • Produce high-quality fee proposals and reports
  • Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable services
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience with UK Healthcare sector projects
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Membership or qualifications leading to membership of a relevant professional institution
  • Background in sustainable design, including building physics and environmental assessment
  • Proven experience as a sustainability consultant
  • Excellent understanding and use of digital design tools, including Revit/BIM 360
  • Strong sustainability knowledge and skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of project commercial and technical risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
