Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a true business partner. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees at all levels
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with management to resolve employee relations issues and improve workplace culture

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business-partnering role
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with business leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
