About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a fun and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and usage techniques to customers.
  • Create a fun and inviting store environment by combining your sense of fun with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and visually appealing for our customers.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
