About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a calm and confident manner
  • Deliver exceptional service by exceeding customer expectations and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain transparency with customers while fostering strong relationships and building trust
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems and collaborate with other teams within the organization as needed
  • Deliver essential customer support and provide solutions to customer queries

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web chat, so possessing computer literacy and excellent communication skills is essential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

Working Conditions

This role is based in our Armthorpe, Doncaster location, with the opportunity to work from home in line with our working from home policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service. You will be required to work a 4 on 4 off rota, with additional hours during peak trading periods.
