Customer Engagement Specialist
The Customer Engagement Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding customer support and enhancing sales through our Webchat B2C platform. This position involves promoting parts, addressing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and following up on customer needs from our central office.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via our Webchat platform to promote parts and respond to inquiries Accurately and efficiently handle payment processing Maintain exceptional customer service standards Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their satisfaction Achieve or surpass sales objectives established by managementRequired Skills:
Excellent communication abilities Strong sales aptitude Customer service focused Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks Familiarity with computer systems and webchat applications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Knowledge of automotive components is a plusBenefits:
