Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Park Cashier at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our car park operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car park facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and issuing receipts.
  2. Operate car park equipment, including ticket machines and barriers, to ensure seamless customer flow.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  5. Perform routine patrols of the car park to ensure the area is clean and free of any hazards.
  6. Report any defects or maintenance issues to the on-duty supervisor.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a car park environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
