ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Guest Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in our operations.

Reporting directly to the Guest Service Manager, we seek a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn about the various functions within our establishment. Your responsibilities will vary daily, encompassing roles such as Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping. No two shifts will be alike, providing a stimulating work experience.

Our team operates like a family, collaborating to deliver exceptional service to our guests. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide timely, knowledgeable, and remarkable assistance, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

We value personality and potential, but here are some key attributes we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer use and a professional telephone demeanor
