Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Quality professional to join our team at Express Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Health, Safety, and Quality policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve Health, Safety, and Quality issues to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are aware of Health, Safety, and Quality procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Health, Safety, and Quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • Certified Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) or National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) accreditation.
  • Considerable experience in Health, Safety, and Quality in an industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
