SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

LOCATION: LONDON

SALARY: UP TO £65,000 + BENEFITS

Capstone Property Recruitment is collaborating with a distinguished consultancy specializing in health and life sciences to seek a Senior Project Coordinator.

The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee the execution and performance of capital infrastructure initiatives that vary in scale and complexity within the health and life sciences sectors. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategic planning to post-occupancy evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the effective delivery of diverse health and life sciences projects.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for clients and project teams throughout the duration of the projects.
  • Adhere to established project management methodologies and protocols.
  • Continuously assess project progress to guarantee compliance with organizational values, financial guidelines, industry standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Ensure that project execution plans are followed and updated as necessary during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Membership in a recognized professional body within the construction sector (e.g., RICS, CIBSE, CIOB, APM, or MICE) is advantageous.
  • Possession of or progress towards a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., APM PMQ, NEC PM accreditation, MRICS, or ChPP) is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in a construction-related environment; experience in health or life sciences is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction contract management, including standard contract forms and procurement methods.
