About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Clacton. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential home owners, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping.

About the Training

You will begin your journey as a Trainee Estate Agent with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients, and continue your training and development throughout your career.
