Quant Capital está buscando urgentemente un Ingeniero de Linux para unirse a nuestro cliente de alto perfil.

Nuestro cliente es una firma de comercio cuantitativo, proveedor de liquidez y creador de mercado bien conocido. Operan a nivel global y son considerados líderes en su campo. Para cualquier tecnólogo, este es el lugar ideal, ya que ofrecen un entorno intelectual, divertido y progresista donde se fomenta el pensamiento innovador.

Este es un entorno similar al de Google o una startup FinTech bien financiada, donde la tecnología es primordial y se asigna un gran presupuesto para ello. La firma es reconocida globalmente por su actitud y rigor; lo más importante es que estarás rodeado de personas inteligentes que están profundamente interesadas en compartir sus conocimientos y aprender de ti.

Los miembros de este equipo son ingenieros, administradores y programadores de Linux muy talentosos, encargados de mejorar y construir una plataforma de clase mundial que impulsa sistemas de comercio complejos. La tecnología es una mezcla de soluciones internas y de código abierto, permitiendo una profunda personalización e innovación en todos los niveles.

Mi cliente automatiza tanto como puede, ya que esto reduce el error humano, y el equipo sostiene que la automatización también es placentera y debería ser vista de esa manera.

Necesitarás:

  • Fondo sólido en educación STEM
  • Conocimiento profundo y fundamental de sistemas operativos, predominantemente Linux
  • Dominio de la línea de comandos y scripting en shell
  • Cómodo con conceptos modernos de Linux y programación como C, sockets, memoria virtual, etc.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y comprensión de herramientas de depuración como gdb, perf, DTrace
  • Experiencia programando en cualquier lenguaje (Go, Python, Java, C++, Scala u otros lenguajes funcionales serían un plus)
