The Hyde Group is seeking a skilled Housing Scheme Officer to join our Specialist Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective management of housing services and support for older adults within our Later Living schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake regular customer wellbeing calls and visits to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
- Be the point of contact for customers regarding communal services, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, and repairs.
- Lead on customer engagement, social events, and wellbeing activities to foster a positive community environment.
- Conduct Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance tests and inspections to ensure a safe living environment.
- Take a lead role in the financial management of scheme(s) and have a deep understanding of housing regulations, care standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housing management, social work, or a related field.
- Understanding of later living concepts and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
