Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team in developing innovative and effective branding and creative solutions for our clients
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their branding and creative needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of branding and creative trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with our copywriters, designers, and strategists to develop bold and effective branding and creative ideas
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and creatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Design Director in a branding and creative agency
  • Strong portfolio of branding and creative work that demonstrates your skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of branding and creative trends and best practices
