Job Summary

Frankham Consultancy Group is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk Management team. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting site-based fire risk assessments on our clients' portfolios, ensuring compliance with nationally recognized guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough fire risk assessments in accordance with industry-recognized standards and guidelines.
  2. Liaise with the Fire Safety Coordinator and Head of Fire Risk Management to deliver risk assessments that meet contractual requirements.
  3. Collaborate with sub-consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Attend client meetings to discuss risk assessment findings and provide technical advice.
  5. Peer review and validate the work of colleagues to maintain high standards.
  6. Provide expert advice to clients on fire safety and risk management.
  7. Manage client expectations and deliver results that meet their needs.
