We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating functional capability development and managing site-based learning and training to meet business needs and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Assess site learning needs and create learning and development plans for Technical, Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QESH), Legal, Knowledge, Operations, and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) areas.
- Support team leaders with operational performance training plans and activities.
- Oversee legal/KORE training, escalate risks, and manage CAPEX project training.
- Measure and report training key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance, and maintain accurate learning management system (LMS) records.
- Attend management reviews to monitor compliance and requirements.
- Update skills matrix and training records, address non-compliance, and support corrective actions.
- Manage budget and purchase orders, collaborate on best practices, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Procure training suppliers and support legal inspections and audits.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partner (P&C BP) and site leaders on leadership and talent initiatives.
- Positive attitude and self-driven individual with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in training or learning and development, including delivery, facilitation, or organization.
- Operational experience within a supply chain environment is desired.
- Computer literacy, with strong use of Excel and Outlook.
