Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Be accountable for overall manpower requirements and correct placement/deployment of the Centre team.
- Workshop Operations
- Assign tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of all work.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Work closely with the Customer Services Advisor to optimise workflows and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and assist with customer complaints, ensuring a mutually satisfactory outcome.
