Lead Electrical Systems Engineer

Become an integral part of our worldwide engineering team as a vital contributor to the Electrical design division, tasked with delivering cutting-edge engineering designs and solutions for Wireline Systems and Wellhead Pressure Control Equipment. In the role of Lead Electrical Systems Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Principal Engineer to create hydraulic, pneumatic, or electromechanical system designs utilizing advanced CAE tools throughout all stages of project development.

You will serve as a technical point of contact on projects, demonstrate a readiness to embrace challenges, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Innovate, design, and develop tailored solutions focused on customer needs
  • Efficiently plan and oversee design projects while adhering to budget constraints
  • Prepare engineering documentation and engage in design review sessions
  • Lead testing initiatives to validate design concepts
  • Remain informed about industry advancements and provide support to other departments as required
  • Offer on-site assistance for installation, commissioning, and testing activities

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a comparable position
  • Solid understanding of engineering documentation and ISO9001 standards
  • Expertise in Eplan or AutoCAD Electrical
  • Familiarity with electromechanical system design principles

Desirable:

  • Experience in leading electrical design initiatives
  • Knowledge of Wireline Intervention and completion techniques
  • Proficiency in designing Electrical systems
  • Experience with European regulatory standards
