We are seeking a skilled Food Connoisseur to join our team at Premier Foods. As a Food Connoisseur, you will be responsible for tasting and evaluating our food products to identify key differences and similarities.
Key Responsibilities
- Taste and evaluate food products to identify key differences and similarities
- Participate in tasting and discussion sessions to identify, describe, and quantify differences in food products
- Test existing and new products across our Sweet and Savoury Brands, including noodles, cakes, gravy, stock, custard, rice pudding, Indian sauces, Chinese sauces, Italian sauces, and soup
- Work collaboratively with a friendly team to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Broad general knowledge and a keen interest in food
- Non-restrictive diet
- Good communication skills and ability to participate in group discussions
- Strong team player with a willingness to try all products and be open to new flavours and textures
