About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Food Taster to join our team in Worksop. As a Food Taster, you will be responsible for identifying key differences and similarities between our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in tasting and discussion sessions to identify, describe, and quantify differences in food products.
- Test existing and new products across our Sweet and Savoury Brands, including noodles, cakes, gravy, stock, custard, rice pudding, Indian sauces, Chinese sauces, Italian sauces, and soup.
- Commit to working 9:15am - 12:15pm, Tuesday to Friday, with the majority of Nottingham School Holidays off, including half terms and end of terms.
Requirements
- Broad general knowledge and a keen interest in food.
- Non-restrictive diet.
- Good communicator and keen to take part in group discussions.
- Strong team player.
- Willingness to try all products and open to new flavours and textures.
