Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with Lincoln & York as they seek a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

As a market leader in the roasting and supply of coffee, Lincoln & York has experienced significant growth over the past few years. The company has a strong entrepreneurial and ambitious leadership team, with big plans for further expansion.

The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the future success of the organisation, working closely with the operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the optimisation of the newly implemented ERP & BI systems
  • Provide analysis of financial and business data to assess and challenge performance
  • Support Sales and Operations teams in new business development and commercial pricing, planning and forecasting
  • Lead in process development and working with management to drive meaningful insights and control
  • Support and lead projects to deliver business improvement

Requirements:

  • Analytically minded with the ability to turn data into insight and action
  • MS Dynamics & Power BI experience is desired but not essential
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience
