Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic leader to join our team as a Hotel Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our hotel's operations to ensure a successful and guest-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and events.
  • Lead by example, act as a role model, and ensure a positive atmosphere in the team.
  • Create a culture of accountability within your management team, focusing on F&B sales, liquor management, and effective operations.
  • Deliver MICE events with impeccable service and effective operations.
  • Set targets, align costs, payroll, and beverage GP.
  • Coach and develop employees, promoting their further growth and recruiting top talent for the hotel.
  • Participate actively in day-to-day business and demonstrate a strong service philosophy.
  • Support the Hotel Manager and work on various capex projects and team development.
  • Be the primary contact for guests, external service providers, and partners, analyzing and responding to guest feedback.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety compliance.
  • Monitor and adhere to set budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passionate focus on great customer service.
  • Personal commitment to 5-star hospitality and delivering impeccable guest experiences.
