We are excited to be partnering with a well-established company in the Luton area who are renowned for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Due to an upcoming change in their team, they are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Our client is a company with a rich history and a strong reputation in their industry. They value longevity and stability, and this role would be ideal for a candidate looking to secure their long-term future with a company that shares their values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, either by phone or email. This will involve investigating and resolving customer complaints, taking new orders, and arranging for new customers to be set up on the company database.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be confident on the phones and able to deal with a wide range of customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers who contact the company.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take new orders from customers and enter them into the operating system.
  • Arrange for new customers to be set up on the company database.
  • Process payments and resolve any invoice queries that arise.
  • Check and resolve any delivery queries with couriers and order discrepancies that arise.
