Client Support Administrator Job Description

This Client Support Administrator role is available for individuals interested in working within the Financial Services industry.

As a Client Support Administrator, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing information for the Financial Advisor prior to client review meetings
  • Actioning required actions on behalf of the Financial Advisor
  • Ensuring all systems are updated with completed activities
  • Working effectively with the team to provide a quality, consistent approach to clients
  • Contacting clients prior to confirm appointments and obtaining any outstanding information

Requirements for the Client Support Administrator role include:

  • Ideal experience of 3+ years in office administration
  • Ideal qualifications to GCSE or A level standard
