We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Editor-in-Chief to lead our prestigious journal, BMJ Military Health. As the chief editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the content published in the journal and ensuring its high quality and integrity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Provide engaging and high-quality content for a broad audience, including cutting-edge research, comprehensive reviews, and educational articles.
  • Editorial Team Management: Establish and lead a diverse and supportive team of international colleagues to serve as members of the editorial team.
  • Review Process and Publishing Ethics: Maintain and ensure the integrity of the review process and publishing ethics, providing guidance to authors and reviewers as appropriate.
  • Manuscript Triage and Review: Develop procedures for effective triage and review of manuscripts, working closely with the editorial team to ensure timely responses to authors.
