About the Role

The Partnership Development Coordinator plays a key role in SAMH's partnership with sportscotland and other key partners, such as Changing Room. The role is responsible for supporting the development of new products and services, including bespoke learning and development sessions and resources; increasing knowledge and awareness of mental health, removing stigma and discrimination and supporting Physical Activity & Sport communities in their understanding of the positive impact of physical activity and sport on mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of new products and services, including bespoke learning and development sessions and resources.
  • Increase knowledge and awareness of mental health, removing stigma and discrimination.
  • Support Physical Activity & Sport communities in their understanding of the positive impact of physical activity and sport on mental health and wellbeing.
  • Work across key partnerships and programmes, including sportscotland, community staff, Active School staff, sport governing bodies, and those interacting with groups of various ages, genders, and needs.
