The successful candidate will be a strong leader with innovative thinking and team management skills. They will be able to efficiently manage their own and the team's workload, ensuring timely communication of any issues. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving innovation within client teams, actively seeking media-first betas and testing new strategies to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Social and PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, media owners, and other agencies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Social and PPC.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies.
