As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support, ensuring that HR practices are integrated into the business and that all HR strategies, policies, and processes support our mission of delivering outstanding public services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that align with organisational objectives.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, providing advice and support to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of talent management strategies, including succession planning, workforce planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the workforce.
