Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrative professional to join our prestigious US law firm as a Human Resources Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), diversity and inclusion, and graduate recruitment and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives
  2. Coordinate calendars and organise meetings to ensure seamless communication
  3. Manage various HR processes and general administration to maintain a high level of efficiency
  4. Handle graduate recruitment administration to identify and attract top talent
  5. Assist in the organisation and delivery of Vacation Scheme programmes to provide a valuable experience for participants
  6. Support the organisation at law fairs and related events to promote our brand and values
  7. Organise interviews for vacation schemes and training contracts to ensure a smooth process
  8. Respond to HR inquiries and queries promptly to provide excellent customer service
  9. Ensure timely processing of expenses to maintain a high level of financial management
  10. Run and manage HR reports to provide valuable insights and data

Suitable candidates will have experience in general administration within an office environment, preferably in professional services. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
