Up to £50,000 + Vehicle/Vehicle allowance

Working Hours:
Permanent, 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and is crucial for facilitating the execution of all billable projects.


The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all billable projects are completed safely, adhering to established timelines and budget constraints. This includes overseeing the Statutory Compliance status of sites within the designated area, ensuring that any overdue Statutory and Mandatory Tasks are effectively addressed.


The position involves managing various construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and demolitions at client sites.


Key Responsibilities:


To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong background in project management within the construction sector, holding an HNC or equivalent qualification in Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.


A solid understanding of Asbestos Awareness, IOSH Managing Safely, and Legionella Control (L8) is essential. Proficiency in IT, coupled with outstanding communication and organizational skills, is required.


This position necessitates a full UK driving license and the ability to obtain SC Clearance.
