Senior Project Manager

Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our Project Management Department, working closely with our Project Management Partner and Divisional Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and developing business contacts, opportunities, and instructions for the Project Management Department and the wider business.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new Project Management Systems and Processes to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Opening new opportunities within the existing client base, cross-selling client business to other departments, and assisting in joined-up pitches, targeted networking, and business development.
  • Ensuring effective communication and liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, highlighting, assessing, and integrating requirements into projects effectively.
  • Servicing and delivering Project Management and Development Management instructions across a range of values and sectors, managing a shared workload within the Project Management Department.

Requirements:

  • Proven Senior Project Management experience in a UK consultancy.
  • Confident in leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong working relationships to ensure effective strategy and project delivery.
  • Robust understanding of risk management, with the confidence to establish a mitigation strategy for project risks.
