Job Summary
We are seeking two enthusiastic and talented consultants to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust to develop and deliver excellent care to our local population.
About the Role
This is a substantive consultant post, which will be based at Stepping Hill Hospital and also involve working in the community to support the management of frail patients in their usual place of living.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support junior/middle grade medical staff
- Develop and deliver excellent care to our local population
- Build on existing good relationships with primary and community care services
- Coordinate specialist multi-disciplinary meetings
- Ensure patients have robust care plans

Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41 and join the DBS update service with an annual subscription fee of £13.
