We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Mental Health & Learning Disability Delivery Unit. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and treatment to individuals with mental health problems or learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the provision of care and treatment to meet people's physical, psychological, social, mental, and spiritual care needs.
- Work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to maintain and improve individuals' health, independence, and recovery.
- Focus on providing person-centred care, with a shared responsibility for positive risk-taking.
- Assist individuals to exercise their rights and uphold safeguards to ensure minimal restriction on their lives, while maintaining the safety of others.
- Current registration with the NMC.
- Ability to work within the framework of the MDT and be aware of the different roles and responsibilities within the MDT.
- Ability to reflect and critically appraise own performance and practice.
