Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our UK-based team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering multi-site, research, study, and new product introduction projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these projects meet their expected outcomes and benefits.

• Project Planning: Develop and implement project delivery plans, including resource allocation, cost management, and risk assessment.
• Cost Management: Oversee project expenses, ensure budget compliance, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management processes to ensure smooth project execution.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Commercial Acumen: Possess strong commercial awareness and ability to make informed decisions.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to lead from the front, make decisions, and drive results.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successful project management, including experience with concurrent high-value, high-impact projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning, and budget management, including CAPEX and product cost.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with multiple departments and stakeholders.
