Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with our care team to provide support and care to individuals with mental health needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Deliver care and support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
- Driving license essential
- DBS clearance required
- Typical working pattern to include alternate weekends
- Working hours: full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends, and bank
