Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Care Assistant to join our team. As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with our care team to provide support and care to individuals with mental health needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that is tailored to the individual's needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of care and support provided

Requirements

  • Driving license essential
  • DBS clearance required
  • Typical working pattern to include alternate weekends
  • Working hours: full time, part time, evenings, weekends, and bank
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
