We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Apprenticeship Relationship Manager at Hamilton Specialist Referrals, a purpose-built veterinary hospital in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a friendly and supportive culture, focusing on development, clinical excellence, and gold standard patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to client and practice complaints in a timely manner, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee duties such as absence reviews, return-to-work processes, appraisals, investigations, and holiday management.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff, hospital management, and client care teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Travel to other practices to promote our services and hospital, building relationships with external stakeholders and expanding our client base.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment and line management.
- Clinical experience is preferred.
- A full driving license is required for travel.
