Job Title: Service and Performance Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service and Performance Operations Manager to join our Interiors Business Unit at Collins Aerospace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement vendor service tracking mechanisms and metrics to improve inventory efficiencies.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to continually improve process.
  • Encourage, support, and lead a continuous improvement mindset within the Operations planning team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Ethics, Compliance, Health & Safety, and Quality protocols.
  • Collaborate with Operations planning and manufacturing leadership to achieve on-time delivery and arrears management performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Related experience in supply chain or planning environment or manufacturing background.
  • Proficient computer skills, including ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated strong business development and strategic planning skills.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and financial analysis.
