Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Early Years phase, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve teaching and learning.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and maintain the school's ethos and values.
- Monitor pupil progress, analyze data, and report to senior leaders, staff, and governors.
- Design and implement effective action plans to improve pupil outcomes.
- Assist the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team in developing, implementing, and monitoring the School Improvement Plan.
- Lead School Improvement initiatives and support the Senior Leadership Team in maintaining good order in the classroom and around the school.
