About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team, ensuring that all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including creating and updating deliveries, locating, tracking, and tracing items.
  • Communicate with all relevant departments and build strong relationships with the customer call centre.
  • Answer customer queries in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Actively promote and encourage a 'can-do' attitude and approach with the team.
  • Work closely with the C&D Manager to ensure compliance and performance are monitored.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, improve multi-skill training, and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety and security policies.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in the mail or distribution industry, who has the ambition to develop their leadership skills. If you have a proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
