Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at DX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
