Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at DX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective way.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
