Job Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx Probate Litigation & Property Litigation

Firm: Regional Top Tier, highly ranked and reputable. This vacancy is suitable for an experienced senior solicitor looking to progress into head of department.

Job Overview

You will be managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation claims with the aim to take over the head of department. This position does NOT involve and Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claims. You will be joining a busy team of experienced solicitors and paralegals, support is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including contested probate and professional negligence claims.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Working closely with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the litigation team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor 5+ PQE or CILEx.
  • Experience managing a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
