We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx Probate Litigation & Property Litigation to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation claims, with a focus on taking over the head of department.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of billing and experience managing a caseload of commercial & Civil litigation matters. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality legal services to national businesses, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience working remotely and be able to work independently. You will also have the opportunity to work in our offices in the South West, if preferred.
