Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Simpson Judge. As a Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation claims, with the aim of taking over the head of department role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including contested probate and professional negligence claims.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide support and guidance on complex litigation matters.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or CILEx.
  • Proven experience in managing a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and civil litigation law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
