Caseworker Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Caseworker to join our team in Lincolnshire, working 20 hours a week. This role is home-based with travel throughout the area when required.
As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing support and information services to victims of crime, ensuring they receive the help they need to navigate the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of victims, providing tailored support and information services
- Undertake risk and needs assessments to identify barriers to service access
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external partners
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims and their families
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering services to vulnerable populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of risk and needs assessment frameworks
