About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to victims of crime, ensuring they receive the help they need to navigate the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of victims, providing tailored support and information services
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments to identify individual requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including victims, police, and other agencies
  • Provide information and advocacy to enable service users to understand the criminal justice system
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records
Requirements
  • Understanding of the impact of crime on victims
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering services to vulnerable individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of risk and needs assessment frameworks
